    My other vps to check chunk serve is from helsiki

    • No route to host
    • EHOSTUNREACH

    Never have this problem while using other provider

    When remote it constantly disconnect

    node 04 server keeps on and off intermittently and the client portal is inaccessible now.

    I stopped and i cannot start the server anymore. Also i don't see any changes on the Virtualizor.

    I'm on node03-AMS and so far there were no network problems in the last 40 hours, so hopefully it's only isolated to that one single node.

    Thank you for ticket, we will investigate that! I’ll add another monitoring probes to determine the cause. So, no one had problems with node01/02/03, and it’s only node04?

    After the recent downtimes, I see the server is more stable and CPU Steal is now lower even below 0.3%

    NODE04? True, one service on hypervisor drained cpu usage so much - that could cause steal. We however resolved that!

    Does it attempt multiple retries before declaring the server is down, or does it simply bomb the server with pings and raise an alarm at the first dropped request?

    The ip address of this VPS server is defined as the United Arabic Emirates and many services are not available. :'( Could you give the ip adress of the Netherlands?
