@noob404 thanks again for the tag. I postponed my breakfast and got into work slightly late, but managed to get the CPU upgrade!

  • Ok, I see I have missed a CPU upgrade :( I don't have a need for new VMs so these GAs are not something I miss too much, but resource upgrade GA... :(

@MrEd, you got 1 similar comment. I guess once the thread catches momentum, it's really hard to avoid.

That one was the image I posted for the GA... The ClientExec logo... :( I lost my cleanliness... :D

I try to be fair, even if it hurts myself :) The only hardcoded thing for myself is the messages per day amount in the bottom chart. If I am not in the top3 of the day, I have "all" :D BUT if I happen to be in the top3, I show the correct amount :) You can see in some archived columns my correct amount :) Didn't happen to get to top3 in this thread yet :D

Remember how were just talking yesterday about why companies might financially feel more comfortable giving more RAM than cores and you corrected me about the ability to share cores but not RAM? And, today, we have a core GA.

    wireguard machine..

    use openvpn

I don't like that one bro

yea, I've also felt WG is better than OpenVPN after using both.
Now a big fan of shadowsocks and VLESS

I gotta try shadowsocks since you like that much bro!
    Thanks for sharing!

Its much more faster, I will share a few results soon (wireguard vs SS)

Please tag me once you do that, in the mean time I'll try it myself as well!

    Sure thing.

This a Racknerd VPS in France.
My ping to it is 120-125ms, and home connection is 500Mbps.

    Using Nyrs wireguard:
    100Mbps down / 125Mbps up

    Using ShadowSocks
    390Mbps down / 340Mbps up

I do remember. Having more cores is ok, but currently my ratio cores:ram is 1.5, so I would prefer RAM over cores, but would take it anyways for the future :)

Any readymade scripts or tutorials on setting up Shadowsocks. That's almost a 4x improvement.

That's just my personal preference. It really depends on your usecase, but my usecase is general purpose, and I see this as best ratio for me.
