    Regardless of my wishes, Chef will only make a return if we create enough demand. Moreover, I just did simple math. Within only 3 days of the thread being posted, we have reached 130+. Chef makes his return around actual BF (Nov 29) iirc. In that case, we got a few more days and 300 should be possible.

    The demand increases multifold suddenly once dustin made his appearance here.

    Yah, that happens usually. But, remember, Dustin is spending 1000s of $ on these GAs in hopes that the thread gets enough traction. I am not pointing any fingers here, but, just being active only when Dustin's here, kinda seems selfish. Please don't take this the wrong way. If anybody finds this disheartening, I am ready to retract the statement.

    Its probably fair to say you've sealed your spot at this point. Also cool that it archived the old deals as well on that page. The deal I got this year seems pretty good compared to last years as well. A little lower on disk space though

    Well that PC would be sure nice but you have crushed my hopes and dreams. Fear not though.. I will survive. Now I am just sort of hanging around to pick up some cool swag. I almost stopped at my microcenter to upgrade my 10 year old cpu on the ride home.. my gaming days are limited til the kids let me know I can game again

    I'd choose a loving family with kids at any point over any other dreams. But, I choose to participate in these giveaways for 3 reasons:-
    1. Most of the items in the prize catalog are things that I can't afford, atleast in the near future.
    2. I love RackNerd!
    3. Adrenaline rush.

    Oh yes I am not complaining ;) there is always time for gaming in the future.

    You get better with time. While most GAs and instructions are different, there's kind of a pattern to most of them. But, don't ever be over-confident. Take the time to read before posting what you think might be the instructions.

    I'm actually in those giveaways for the fun of it haha. being one of those first fast ones makes you feel good about yourself!

    I mean, we were accused of using bots for that, which we weren't. We just had a lot of time on our hands. And, it's not like, if any other guy had that kinda time, and a deep desire for the prizes, he won't have done that as well.
    Yah, sending multiple quotes and such in order to win, wasn't explicitly anywhere in the GA rules. Moreover, as a new entrant last time, I was just following what had been done in the earlier threads as well. I confess, I kinda went overboard though with 11K+ comments. Never again though.

    Have the giveaways on other days, aside from today, been at similar times? Wondering if I should expect them to continue to line up nicely with my schedule or if i just got lucky today. Hopefully he's somewhere in the US atleast and doing this work mostly during "business" hours?
