I took our the 3yr deal. Connection couldn't remain for more than a minute. They asked me to run a YABS and send it to them so they could assist me and I couldn't even do this without disconnect so I requested refund. They issued it back to the card I paid on
Hey @MassiveGRID - you make a lot of claims in your opening thread, but the last few pages of comments suggest none of this is in fact true. you have been active over the last few days but ignored all posts on this thread about the massive performance issues people have been faced with.
How about you, rather than just replying to the comments about the 4th year free, address the abundance of concerns people are posting about performance issues etc?
A big money heist is being planned so they don't care and will stop existing in a few months I guess?
Normally, especially on LET, I'd agree. but they seem to be too well established for that. So I am curious what their plan actually is tbh.

I'm replacing this current StatPing-NG instance with Uptime Kuma due to there being a security flaw in StatPing-NG - I will post a new link shortly if anyone cares haha.
And, in their defence, they do seem to have a cluster of host servers.. 🤣
FWIW, I just ran a "quick" (actually painfully slow) single benchmark run.
The processor & memory result is about 5% higher than before (when I purchased it and published a benchmark & review), that however is easily within the normal spread so probably just a "lucky run".
The disk performance however is drastically lower now as in "5 to almost 10 times lower", Even looking very generously at that result, that's very far beyond what can be explained by normal spread.
Something is very, very wrong there.

They did not address all of the concerns in this thread BUT @MassiveGRID did finally respond to some of my messages to them about performance. They said they have and are planning to add more servers to the different clusters to help with performance. I pointed out that in NY I have not seen any new servers added yet since I signed up and that performance has continued to get worse but maybe that is one of the locations that is upcoming and wasn't completed yet. I still have some hope that this wasn't all a scam but we shall see. Hopefully they decide to address everyone's concerns in this thread.
