    yes

  • The offers are great, but the support is extremely slow—almost nonexistent. 😕 Proceed with caution!

We collaborate daily with our team to handle incoming requests. Due to the high volume of tickets we currently receive, we strive to address each one as promptly as possible. I’m sorry to hear that it seems to be taking a bit longer for your request at the moment, and I’d like to apologize for the delay. Please keep in mind that speed alone does not equate to quality support. We take the necessary time to ensure every request is handled with the utmost care and attention. While this may sometimes result in longer processing times during peak periods, we ensure that every request is answered within a few minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.

Feel free to give me your ticket ID so I can direct it directly to the support team.

  • @FameSystems

I get that support can be a bit delayed, especially when you’re running promotions, but it’s been four days since I opened my ticket, and I haven’t heard anything yet.

Good service is important, but good support matters just as much. Hoping you can look into this soon!

I will be buying your Rootserver Medium or Large (I'll decide later), though I will be buying the EPYC one, should I buy it now or wait till 25 as listed on your original post?

edit: nvm tried to buy and couldn't, I'll just wait

4 days is of course far too long!

  • Hello! I've purchased the service for a year. If I run out of 2T traffic, is it free to submit a ticket to increase traffic? The file transfer performed by attaching a bucket or other network storage can be much more than 2T. What's more, traffic is billed in both directions. But I must admit that the performance is very strong.

  • Is there a restriction on upload speeds outside of Europe? It can't even reach 500Mbps.

  • @FameSystems will EPYCs be availbale tomorrow?

    Thanked by 1Falzo
  • When will EPYC RootServer be available for purchase?

  • Hopefully it's ready today in around 2 hours from now, thats when their support comes online, so most likely around that time. I am refreshing every 30 mins/whenever I remember to see if they are available.

Chill there's a huge stock. They don't do unsustainable sales where you need to fight 200 people to get one.

don't wanna spend money where I'm not gonna use it, honestly believe that I would be just fine for 24 GB, at most I would host one mc server to play with my friends, and deploy some services, nothing other than that,. just asking for advice

  • guys any updates? @FameSystems when would it be released

  • it's 8 am in Germany, everyone is about to start working. give a bit more time as this pretty sure is not automated in any way.

afaik there are chrome plugins to monitor pages for changes and receive a notification, if that helps your fomo ;-)

ah, yea thats why I messaged at 8 AM, maybe I thought it was automated to release at 8 AM

  • @itsneil can you please tag me like @shaikhmanal when you buy their EPYC server? I wanna see their yabs please <3

  • yup, will do. I'm gonna try to buy their server again about an hour later, hopefully I'll be able to get it

  • @FameSystems Would you be okay if I do 10-20TB per month on your EPYC 24G server? Or does that fall too far off your "fair use"? Serious question as this decides if I'll buy or not.
