I told the valiadation team I'm a chinese at the beginning, when I register the account,
no one told me I'm not welcomed, and I can feel that most representatives are friendly when talk on phone. when valiadate the account, something wrong with google map, it can't find my street No address on the map, the team also help me to solve the problem and get passed after send the passport and company paper ID very soon.
5 years ago, I hold servers on serverdiscount, hetzner, vultr, DMIT, aws. then I tried OVH for first time, that time, I also keep hetzner until 2022. the price is really good, and online time is 99.99%， I just hold websites, and don't need too high RAM or CPU, they also can answer on phones, so I moved all websites to OVH, and after years, I really trust OVH, and cancelled all other servers.
Now I'm trying to find a new provider, but really need to get back my data first. it's my job, and a big money for data. it's a big lose

I used to have/still use Kimsufi fr login from long time ago, when I ordered it they asked for my documents and made it like VAT exempt.
Anyways, I tried to create OVH.ie and fr accounts last week cause i never had it before (but United States of America/USA wasn't even the country to select when signing up somehow) so i just wrote fake address.
Is that still possible now? Even through the CA API it says only CA is accepted. I created an account and ticketed them to change my address to the US. They only redirected me to the US site and offered to close the account.
My account is old, like years ago.
It was cheaper for me so I made a CA account, zero regrets.
OVH doesn't mind.

Problem solved, OVH gives back my server and data.
Glad it worked out, can you share what happened? They reviewed your info and reinstated or?
I made several calls to OVH to ask open an ticket, then replied an argument to explain what happaned, show them my paypal screenshot, order history on email screenshot.
my first email was rejected because their system rejected my email address. then I called again and a representative help me with my second email to send the argument reply. about 24 hours later, I get the server back.
