We're aware of that. Working on a temp solution with our transit provider! Will keep you updated!
We identified the reason of outage; probably related to previous drop around 15:00 Eu/Amsterdam time. It's related to routing daemon configuration. We implemented hotfix to the configuration and everything seems stable!
Maybe this is related? I've been seeing several short downtimes from HetrixTools but today it got worse and I couldn't connect to the server either. Interesting to note is that the monitoring agent sensing system info out seems to be still working and IPv6 ping worked fine during couple of the downtimes. Seems like aggressive network filtering somewhere?

I too have connection problem at times, which is a bit inconvenient since I wanted to use the server as a VPN endpoint for my personal use, but I'll just wait a few days for everything to settle and then see again.
