I don't believe you can. It's one of the differentiators between the other lines. It's possible now with the newer Rise servers, but everything else on Eco, no.
Unfortunately nope they are limited.
Noted. I think I found an alternative actually, but it involve using public BW, so that is not truly interesting.

No private bw included in the eco line. I have had success running just a wireguard or tailscale network across several nodes, but as you already noted that is depndent on your public bw
It’s included on SyS and RISE. Nothing else.
