    Here is a problem I ask my students
    — Feb 28 is picked for a random year. What is the probability that it falls on a Sunday?
    — Feb 29 is picked for a random year. Of course it has to be a leap year. What is the probability that it falls on a Sunday?

    The answer for the first question is 1/7.
    What is the answer for the second question?
