    I contacted OVH Support about yesterday's KS-A orders and this is the answer I got:

    "After checking, it seems this order will not be delivered and will be cancelled and refunded soon.

    We apologize for this inconvenience, the server is out of stock at this time."

    That's a more realistic answer than the ETA on Nov 29th though.

    I would not take this as 100% certain information, time has shown many times that OVH support does not know much and telling stupid things, this is not a serious company xD

    Ordered KS-LE-1 in GRA and BHS.

    GRA delivered with 32GB RAM and 960GB SSDs.

    Too bad the KS-LE-A with 16GB and 3X2TB went out of stock that fast. I would have been happy to replace a KS-LE-C with this one (or a KS-LE-A) in France.

    Outside of this one, the other KS are nice for the ssd/nvme storage, they could be a good deal depending of the use cases.

    my ke-le-1 in BHS is not even going on preparing the order, it still shows order created. Any ideas what's going on?

    If smartctl says aspects of the drive are pre-fail, is it reason to get the drives replaced?

    It was never in stock to begin with. That configuration is only available in waw, but wasn't even in stock when the servers hit the API

    Do you have FAILING_NOW in the WHEN_FAILED column?
    "pre-fail" and "old_age" are the type of the attribute. You would get the same with a brand new disk.

    Read the manual: https://linux.die.net/man/8/smartctl

    Please note: the fact that an Attribute is of type 'Pre-fail' does not mean that your disk is about to fail! It only has this meaning if the Attribute's current Normalized value is less than or equal to the threshold value.
