Looking for US West Coast VPS

Hi.
I'm currently looking to replace my old Los Angeles VPS which the provider has had unresolved issues open for the past 2 weeks. I needed to upgrade it anyway as the bandwith allocation wasn't enough.
I'm looking for OpenVZ preferably with the following:
Ram: 512 MB minimum, 1GB preffered
HDD: 30 GB minimum
Bandwith: 2TB minimum, the more the better, unmetered a plus, 100Mbps shared minimum
I'm looking to pay monthly or quarterly only and my budget is as cheap as possible but a rough ballpark of maybe $3 a month, but I'm open to offers depending on what your offering.
