Looking for new hybrid storage VPS

I'm looking into new KVM VPS (or dedi) options as my current provider is crap.

Specs I'm looking for:

4-8 CPU cores
min 8GB RAM
min 50GB NVMe for OS
min 10TB HDD storage (@min 1000 IOPS)
min 2.5Gbps uplink
min 15TB monthly bandwidth

Dont have set budget, feel free to shoot your offers.
