Jarland, do you offer whitelabel on reseller plans? For example instead of being *.mxlogin.com to be *.example.com in address?
To some degree. You can white label the DNS records, webmail URL, Crossbox URL and logo/name, DirectAdmin theme. Can’t alter our base hostnames, reverse DNS, and eventually the SPF has to point to us.
Is there any detailed guidelines (step-by-step) to implement this?
The email they sent you on service sign up is a good start. But they also offer documentation on their site.
Mostly https://mxroutedocs.com/reseller/ and https://mxroutedocs.com/branding/
But it needs a hard refresh, I’m working on a complete remake of the docs. Finally settled on the platform and update workflows, got them ironed out, started on content.
@jar can you please take a look at my ticket? Ticket #804759
I don’t have an 804759.
Edit: Nvm you’re talking about MyW. I need sleep. Been up all night wearing the dev hat.
Forgot that you got MyW too?
Some days I forget I have a car and I can see it out of the window
Let the poor man sleep
funny thing is MyW don't even send ticket acknowledgement email these days. may be email service is not working.
Why do all lifetime hosting providers end up with a sad story?
Because simply electricity costs you every day. There is much more in the infrastructure woth daily costs, its just an example.
I’ll take a look
You know what is the real problem? MXRoute has lifetime offers too, and I have one of them.
Maybe if you know an service for sending those emails..
The Los Angeles server seems to be dead
I'm gonna get this right... having so many new bills in so many places.
I guess it won't auto bill my apple card until I put in the cvv each time. It's stuck on a paypal agreement that obviously doesn't work and loops to that, so I'll have to reach out to get auto billing set up for LA.
Thanks, it's all up and fine now !
@jar still no reply to my ticket.
They should use mxroute, rocksolid and very good prices.
Oh, wait...never mind.
I just assumed someone else got it to it or it was one of the tickets I answered when I cleaned out the queue. I don’t actually have a ticket by the number you gave in the MyW ticket system.
yes. got reply. man you need to fix the emails, we are not receiving any email notifications when ticket is created or someone replied (also checked spam).
Sorry for the weird question, but is Apple Card (when a physical card was not requested by the holder) reliable for automatic annual subscriptions of the sort advertised on LowEndTalk? Anyone tried it?
At its core it’s just a Mastercard with a great feature set.
Thanks. I was concerned they might change numbers, such as the security code, too frequently to make it work for multiple of years of automatic recurring billing. Would the virtual features make it less stable than a conventional card? Sounds like you're saying there's nothing to worry about.
It comes with a number that doesn’t rotate, you just want to be careful where you give it out as it isn’t much more security than a normal card.
@jar please reply to the ticket Ticket #174205 on myw.pt. Sorry i have to raise ticket on LES, i have no other way to contact him.
This is LET though
