Stay active, and participate in the conversation. We usually cover everything from a paper clip to spaceships, as part of our casual conversations in between the party. Learned a lot of stuff about servers last year.

Your best bet would be to ask someone in USA, a friend or a relative to bring it to you. Dustin might not be able to ship large items including laptops internationally. Also, there are ways to get these items, esp. the smaller ones to India with minimal customs charges, given you truthfully declare them according to some claims. But, all of that depends on the port of entry. The safes bet is to have someone in the US bring it over.
I think you can use any parcel forwarding service, but check with your country customs. you might have to pay a considerable amount given how valuable the PC is.
