I have tried stop and power off vps but it doesn't work, both in clientarea and virtualizor
vps is still online, I can access it via builtin no-vnc
I just want to check if there has been a cpu/ram upgrade

Their ticket system is now finally sending notification emails when a ticket has been answered (although the emails are still saying "[email protected]", but are delivered via mailgun)
My server was 3 core advertisement, but got provision with 2 core of lesser CPU
It is not a big deal, just like the cores on the advertisement when time permits.
Currently he business is too busy with upgrades, I will request a fix after, not adding to queue*.

I'm very happy with the RAM ugrade (I checked it happened on Virtualizor), but its not materialising, i've waited 24hrs as they're certainly busy. Also restarted twice the VM.
