I'm looking for a DDoS-protected VPS in Moldova or Romania that can handle over 5 TB traffic per month and has disk space of 20 GB or above. My Budget is less than $100/yr. Thanks.

Although, I'd hesitate paying with a credit card, if you have Paysafecard you can use that. Apparently they had some data breach a while ago. The chance of another one happening is relatively slim, I'm sure the fine gentlemen over there have learnt their lesson. Even then, I prefer PSC
Support is slow sometimes, but it's good enough for a VPS at 4.50 Eur/quarter.
Also you could go with kyun.host, but they're not as cheap as those guys.
Adding to my last post, if you need to use obscure ports, you'll probably have to ask them to do some magic with their firewall. I run Wireguard on a non-standard port, and I needed to go through support for it to run at a good speed.
