    Hard to pay there. Only crypto outside Ru. Min payment is 10$
    Other payment methods apply high commissions.
    International cards are not supported (except crazy free kassa methods).

    The server limit is 5.
    25 port is blocked (ok).

    ++ They suspend abusers quickly.

    I reported port scans, and they wiped the whole accounts of abusers.

    One of the cases when Russians behave better than Germans :D

    Check the picture above. Different asn, but vdsina on the route.
    A kind of reseller with 25 port open (beware, mail providers do not like this hosting).

    You can create multiple accounts with different IPs :D and bypass 5 vps restriction.
