We are quite aware of recent ransomware concerns. Though we currently allow for both, we have recently vulnerable IPMI blocked and enabled by request only. We are also right in the midst of REQUIRING a policy to use VPN only for IPMI access (and active project that should be completed this month) - and we also implement IP ACLs in some cases. If it is important to you, leave a comment in your order and we will be sure to do it the way you prefer.
