Searching for Virtual Machine and Bare Metal Providers

I am searching for both virtual machine (KVM) and bare metal providers, preferably but not necessarily companies based outside of the US, unless they take privacy seriously enough (example: IncogNET). Location of the servers does not matter, I would welcome suggestions globally, main focus is US and EU though.
A few points for consideration:
- Provider MUST own their hardware
- Provider SHOULD operate their own network
- Provider SHOULD be in business for several years
- Provider SHOULD not tolerate abuse (clean network)
- Provider PREFERABLY accepts payment in cryptocurrencies
- Provider PREFERABLY is a trusted company with real employees
- NOT interested in 10+ year old hardware
I know that my request is pretty broad and that is my intention: I would love to get suggestions of providers offering decent bang-for-buck meeting the criteria above, then curate a list to spare myself the time of researching.
I have studied bitcoin-vps(dot)com, but based on my observation, many good providers (example: HostHatch) do in fact accept cryptocurrencies but are not listed on there.
Budget can be ignored for the purpose of this request.

yes, many providers from this forum are missing.
But still, maybe you should make a request in the request forum. At the end of the day i assume you dont want to have a list of providers you can talk to, but a list of providers that can provide to you X while meeting your requirements that you pointed out there and in your (future?!) product request.

Thank you for the feedback. So generally, my intention with this thread is to collect as many providers as possible. My plan is that community members post their favorite providers that meet the criteria above and providers can come in say "hey, check us out", like @DataWagon did (thanks!). Then I can put them on my list and research them and purchase from them as I see fit. It is intentionally sparsely defined (VM and bare metal) because I want hundreds of providers on my list if possible! :-)
