The technical personnel set up a new VPS for me, but it seems they forgot to add the free double bandwidth. Can you change the free double bandwidth to an additional 512MB of RAM instead?

Yes, we do not have the possibility to set this in another manner. But when you renew the other 2 VPSs, you can submit a ticket, and we will renew for free the 3rd one.
