I need 10GBs Windows RDP, location Singapore/Hongkong. I only use for download and upload files.
CPU: 2v core
Ram: 8GB
Storage: 200G - 300G
Network: Unmetered 10Gbps Ports
Budget: $15-$25/month
Do you know any provider have this windows RDP plan?

You can't have even unmetered 1Gbps port with this price in SG.HK location
Absolutely no chance for that budget
i found Unmetered 10gbps SG plan at Greencloudvps but their storage is too small. i need more storage.
With 2TB bandwidth, quite different to unmetered
I think it's unmetered fair usage with 10Gbps network port (best effort) not "real" unmetered 10Gbps.
They will probably have storage promo in a couple of weeks. Add that and both problems solved if you are OK with their offer.
Their storage plan only offer Linus OS
Oh i only need storage ~200g to download and upload files, 10Gpbs network is also needed

i bought it and it's really Unmetered 10gbps, network is really good. But storage only have 80G
It isn't unmetered. You may only use up to 2TB a month.

The network port is fair-shared so constantly use high amount of bandwidth is not allowed. This includes constantly consume more than 100mbps over 6 hours or burst to the full port (1Gbps or 10Gbps) frequently. It can be different in several locations especially in Asia.

There are few providers allowing 50-75TB monthly bandwidth on 10g data port for under $20/year
PS — you are right, not in Singapore where bandwidth is far more expensive
