    Why do you need dedicated server? You can archive with VPS the same especially if it’s for personal usage.

    I assume his use case is to rip videos from Netflix. Unfortunately all datacenter IPs are blocked by Netflix already. Best bet to do what OP wants would be a high speed residential VPN.

    i had a server with hypere but they scammed me took money on wallet and killed the server and not responding after that i read here they are the worst :( my bad luck

    That is simply not true. Plenty of my vps's work fine with Netflix, you just need to look well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
