    I think your expectations are a little high. If you wanna send mail get mxroute or something, not a 50c VPS

    Yes, such price attracted chinese spammers...
    However, they sell other vps for > 20$ on the same netblocks.

    They say it's a temporary fee due to abuse. I kind of understand it. But maybe set it to non-verified users only.

    They have only 4852 ips.
    So, they dedicated 4k ips for promotion to attract these spammers and then block them? :D To release ips.

    Interesting, and sounds bad. When I ordered mine, there was not a setup fee (or any other hidden fee).

    It would have a bit more uptime if I didn't reinstall it, but you get an idea.
