Do any of the usual hourly billing VM providers offer nested virtualization?
By that I mean cloud providers like Hetzner, Linode, Vultr, Digital Ocean etc?
It could be others even if they are pricier as they are needed for a week at most. They should just enable me to spin up a VM quickly destroy them after I'm done.
I need them to carry out some experiments in Proxmox which just last for a few days after which they go idle and in my calculations an hourly based VM will be better.
Another thing I forgot to mention is I often need block storage which goes beyond the standard offerings, which is why I mention these main providers.

At the moment we can do weekly service on any plan, the payment involves a balance and is deducted with each use.
Hourly payment will soon be enabled.

We offer hourly billing and block storage in Sydney & Singapore. You need to recharge your account credit and the payment will be deducted from the account credit every hour.
We also support self-serve custom ISO so you can install Proxmox on your own.
