Yes
Service is kinda good, support is absolute trash.
Do you own, operate, or work for a hosting provider? No
If Yes, what is the name of the hosting provider you work for? serverpoint
:-D
Oh that's sound bad. Support must be good or otherwise service cant be good
Trustworthy, yes. The price is cheap, you get what you pay for, and they don't appear to adversely oversell.
Support can be slow sometimes, but always thorough, and will do anything in their power to resolve your problem.
Reliability - 99%. All deployed VMs have been rock-solid with no outages. However, one as yet-unused VM has a corrupt filesystem; whether that happened during deployment with a templating error or while idling we'll never know. But, of the VMs that are in use, 100% reliability.
NB I've only purchased at full retail price, never with discount codes or special offers.
Yez
Yez, Newtork is fast my man
I bought a promotional server in September. On the Oct 9th, my Swedish server had a problem and went down. I immediately sent a ticket to inform them. 15 hours later, I received an email saying that their node had a problem and had been fixed. In fact, it was still unusable. It took me about 20 hours to connect to my server. On the 12th, I received a reply to their ticket, which just said sorry.
Just now, my server went down again and can't boot now,I don’t know when it will be recovered.
I would also like to mention that another server I bought 3 years ago has never had any problems.

I can only say that unless it does not fail, once it fails you will not be able to find them and only can wait anxiously
As easy as don't buy promotional plans if you can't wait for tickets to be answered for a bit.
Out of almost a whole year of using HostHatch I have never opened a ticket regarding an outage, because I know that they're aware of the incident. I've had very few outages with them, I must say.
And they always send out an email regarding a reboot to the host node was required.
And my 2 tickets with them have always been answered very quickly. I only have promo plans with them, by the way. Max it took is like 4 hours for a low priority request I had.
I haven’t personally used HostHatch, but some of my friends have. They mentioned that the uptime is generally good, and the servers are stable in most locations. However, there were occasional delays with support responses. If you're considering them, it’s worth testing with a smaller plan first to see how it works for your needs. Let us know how it goes!
