How can I see if my VPS has been moved to a different node?

1)Log in to your customer area
    2) Go to product management -> Tasks and Log -> Tasks
    3) Check whether the wording "Deleting VPS" appears in the log entry under the "Action" column.
Make sure that this operation was carried out on November 10th in all other cases it means that your VPS has not changed node.
If you encounter this problem, open a ticket and you will be moved to the original node.
All other cases are not covered, if your VM has never changed nodes we will not perform the move.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    (emphasis mine)

Based on what you yourself said, NO.

Your (faulty) script did move an already existing VPS while it should only assign a new VPS to the "most free" node at creation. There's a very major difference between creating a VPS on the "most free" (or whatever) node and basically shuffling existing VPSs between nodes!

I do not see any basis for your assertion that that happened only on a very specific day. Feel free to elaborate and to enlighten us.

    Yep, that's correct.

Over time, you will also realize that all this is done by 1 person.
    It's a matter of time.
    Davee

The italian hosts are becoming the new turkish hosts but with a better knowledge of english

  • Looks like @Dasabo is going under

  • LET confuses me.

Y'all going apeshit over a new host who went a little overboard thinking he was getting a fake review, and when showed he was wrong, admitted it. Over a CPU model.

Meanwhile we have Tokyo Rose of the trailer park, GreenCloud, who got a node ransomwared, and crickets....

  • Plot thickens

Hey, I'll take the liberty of responding since you mentioned us.

What you say is not only false, but also defamatory and without a shred of evidence, we are a legal company with a legal entity, we are different people working on different networks.

My experience with @DeluxHost VPS has been A+ and have even recommended their VPS to others.

    This picture is really interesting!

TLDR @sujr needs to be compensated, not just for the accidental, script-run VPS node migration, but also for the public accusation of being a liar. Say what you will, but it is never acceptable to blatantly call out a client as a liar, even more so after they pay you for a service.

I understand, as you said, it was all an impulse, but still...

Moreover, there is ambiguity around which CPU will be allocated, and it seems to be random, and not to be changed after deployment. Maybe the vendor can also clarify this on the website/ordering platform.

Doing your due diligence, being upfront, and courteous/respectful will definitely reflect positively on you and your business.

Just curious, how long you've been using their service?
