    I am 50/50 on if my latest fixes actually got my (go) bot working. Still only using it for the unicorn as I'm content with my ks-le-b in frankfurt :)

    My script which I posted earlier in this thread is in python, but it's just because I wanted to make something quick and dirty. Now I am rewritting it in ADA. I'm in the specification phase. Please keep OVH in business for a few more years.

    Probably when you outside the defined branches, but if you do got an account with OVH NL, you have to use NL.

  • I'm rather on the notification-only bot side.
    I'd assume that my scripts and generous 5 second interval are too slow in comparison to all other botters, so why bother setting up an ordering bot anyway, that might burn too much money or crash due to my tremendous coding capabilities.
    But then, I could hope for a sluggish OVH API that doesn't update itself in 60 seconds after availability and allow me (if I'm responding quickly) to place an order myself and land in the "hope-I'm-not-getting-cancelled-pool" as everybody else, and with the additional luck (404%) I always get with OVH, I might get the cancellation in the second mail wave (not even being the winner of the losers)

    Depends what server you’re looking to get tbh, for the KS-A theres hundreds if not thousands of bots on this single server…and from what I have seen OVH are just tricking a handful of servers each time they “restock” keeps the interest and hype without breaking the bank it’s very smart advertising I haven’t seen OVH have this much hype for many many years

    Oh and the flash deals that’s currently going on are insane aswell they are part of it aswell, but look at this thread alone 215k+ views and that’s before the insane traffic spike that Black Friday brings here alone

    My script runs every minute, and when I got my KS-A, it still took me upwards of 3 minutes to even pay the order after I got the notification saying there is an order there.

    I think it's less likely 'how often should I run my script' and more 'is the deployment system going to pick me or someone else today?'.

    Not to mention ordering a KS-A via a bot is the easy part I’ve done this multiple times but have nothing to show for it as they cancelled it everytime due to stock levels

    Don't loose hope. All servers I got were ordered the regular way. Was even a bit late to the party and stumbled upon it by accident.

    Sure, you will probably have a hard time catching a ks-a with all bots active right now but there are decent servers available if you're lucky.
