looking for hetzner/aeza alternatives
hello, im looking for some alternatives for my vpn server.
i already have services with hetzner and aeza, their pricing against their hardware being new and good, bandwidth and traffic per server are perfect for my use case.
however hetzner asn is pretty known for being blocked by a lot of websites and services and their abuse system is too sensitive, and aeza is fine but i had month to month network slowdowns and drops that trigger false positive very often on my monitoring services and they have a forced firewall around all they network that i cant modify or delete on my servers (for example icmp packets cant be sent to server)
im looking for a provider that is similar to them, fair price of hardware, hardware being relatively new, good network with less sensitivity and 10 to 15 tb per server of traffic or unmetered network

A lot of websites are really annoying to use with any datacenter IP.
Why not use a VPN service with residential IP addresses?
E.g. starvpn.com.

what's the budget?
Is Buyvm's Luxembourg region taken into account? They should not be prone to triggering abuse of the system. I think your usage rate should be within their reasonable unlimited usage range.
