As I always recommend not running your own MTA if you want a reliable deliverability, especially considering critical mails. Go for an already established email relay service like SES.
In EU, I can vouch for @RoyaleHosting if you are not on the budget side. Else, hetzner/ovh.

Decided to go with Avoro as it fits my requirements.
I am leaving from v6node where it appears Ian (I assume its a one man business) has dropped off the planet and isn't responding to any support tickets.
I rarely require support and I appreciate low end deals don't get timely support but considering I just paid less for more at Avoro and they have answered and dealt with the same requests within the same day then sometimes its not how cheap the service is but if the people running it can be bothered.
