    canada and bhs, always lowercase.
    If you enable switchRegion and anyDatacenter it does automatically place an order for the location that has stock.

    Yes, I am waiting for 4 server from 5th, both configs in both locations.
    I have a bad feeling about the delivery. Many servers got delivered in the last days including orders from 6th or later.
