Piensa Solutions is the same as IONOS which is the same as Arsys, they all operate from the same DC in Logroño and are likely the same servers even.
From https://www.ionos.es/servidores/vps you'll get the 1eur/mo one. Note that at least f or spanish customers in IONOS it's a bit painful to cancel -- you'll need to call them to "confirm the cancellation for security".
At that point they may offer a 50% during 12 months for not cancelling the service though.
We dont have any plan for black friday. Sorry.
