I need cheap Windows VPS to running chrome or browser with lowest specs:
OS: any version of Windows
1 vCPU - 2GB RAM
Price around 10$/ year
Would be great if Unlimited Data Transfer

i bought 1 server form MassiveGrid but their IP listed as DataCenter Type, 11$ for 1 year

PS — you can’t run windows with 1vCPU and 2 GB memory.
it would be very hard for any VPS provider to be not marked as Datacenter or Reserved...
if I recall correctly, little creek vps ip address were not marked as data center … at least in 2023

Yes, from @LittleCreek promo if you could get a transfer. Currently best you could get from them is like $4.50
They are the only provider with "commerical" IP's I know of.
Have you tried running Windows Server OS on $11/year VPS,
it will be MassiveFail
well, i would like one too, just for the IP
so my actual windows VM in hetzner does not get flagged every time i want to do anything
