C1vHosting, he has a spare pomelo crate in his garage on which to put your new server.
Melbicom has Palermo, Sicily, which is an IT island. They offer free BGP sessions or IP announcements under their AS. https://www.melbicom.net/dedicatedserver/
OneProvider can do servers with your spec and BGP sessions in Rome and Milan: https://oneprovider.com/en/search?&memory=65536&cities[]=42&cities[]=111&cities[]=180&cities[]=190&price=0&price_max=9999999999999999&price_any=0
Thank you. I'm currently create ticket with them
Server price with BGP sessions is not cheap

so, is there any another provider. thank.
There's also Gcore and Aruba, but they're priced higher than OneProvider. So, in a word, no.
Italy's on the arse-end of Europe. It's not an international connectivity hub. Subsea who, what, where? City metros are dominated by TI. International (on-land) transit is also dominated by TI (Sparkle) with a slice of Colt and Arelion. Thus, connectivity isn't cheap, there's no incentive to make it cheaper, and there's no reason this will change in our lifetime.
Italy's electricity costs are high, grid stability low, and customs are a buttf^ck of fun for no reason whatsoever. Colocation is only viable in metros, where land is $$$$$.
If you're trying to make Italy a new Low End location, you've hit your head. This post isn't really for your benefit, but for any other loser who doesn't understand the market or can't be bothered to do their due diligence.
Out.
Hi, I'll come with C1vHosting. Thank you so much.
