"All the comments"? Your request is like 7 posts below the announcement.

Let's take the following example: I enter for the first time on this topic and I see the offer, I grab it! Nobody has time to read all 29 page (at this moment) to see if the offer has ended.

When the offer was posted, it should have included the end date or a discount code (as someone already stated) and you, as a provider, can end it whenever you want.

I think you're right, no one is going to read replies one by one, but now it's become an excuse.

Can't blame anyone else if you fail to read. OP already indicates it's limited :D

As a business activity, the owner should be careful in operation, not asking users to read all the comments one by one, and then saying, "Look, I've notified you." Who will read all the comments? The owner did not indicate that the end time will be notified in the comments. So he should take responsibility.

You should also be responsible by checking if the promotion still exists before buying because in the post it says limited by availability :D

This is not the buyer's responsibility, but the seller's responsibility. I said no one will read every review, your logic is wrong.

    Well... well... well....
I read that you bombarded us with tickets for the same thing, you registered on LET on 11 November, the offer ended on the 10th as already described by me in previous posts, you didn't need to go and read more than 20 pages back, just read the last 2...
You sent your invoice number via a ticket (look we can see it from the customer area) to try to deal with the fact that you had to write your invoice number on LET.
You were told to show us the link to your comment under our topic to show that you had already done so before the deadline and this did not happen.
At the end of all this I firmly believe that you were aware that the offer had expired, in any case even if you lingered on the first page it was and continues to be well written that the offer is subject to availability so I might as well not have done the nicety of informing users of its end.
Since I consider myself consistent and fair I did it anyway.
I will now proceed to close your ticket in the customer area as I am already replying to you here, we do not tolerate hostile attitudes and attempting to prevaricate and bypass other users.

  • Is it possible to get something around 15-20 Euro per year with slightly more resources?

Open a ticket and we can discuss a custom plan.

  • Why did my CPU change? I remember it used to be 7950X3D, but now it’s 3900

  • This offer is so crazy,9.99 euros for 2 years,in my data i dont think it can fill up the ip range fees

We don't change CPU on the VM, did you open a ticket for that so we can check?

**We found the problem, the script handling the automatic balancing of nodes did not take into account the node and thus the cpu initially allocated and automatically moved some VPS to a freer node by not verifying that the cpu was the same.

We have already made changes to the script to ensure that this does not happen in the future without our knowledge.**

Is there a specific way to mention cases like this? I often see @Mods, but I’d like to know if there’s an official way.

You see, you still don't see your mistake. You should have stated the end conditions, such as the date, in the first part of the content. You said it was limited, how could the buyer know when it would end? It was your personal idea to let the buyer see the last review, and almost no one would do that. So you made a mistake, or deliberately misled.
Obviously, my suggestion was made under misleading circumstances and was not my original intention of purchasing. If you insist, please return our transaction and return the money I paid. I will choose a more cost-effective service provider.

I want to look at this clearly. As I said, first they made a mistake, and then we can talk about how to deal with it, right?

  • It’s unfortunate that you missed out on the 1 year free extension, but I believe you may have overlooked this.
