I have KS-LE-C with 64GB RAM, 2x480 SSD drives about 3 years old with 1Gbps download and upload on ipv4 and ipv6. I would probably let it go for a good offer or a swap.

Its fair to say they have lost the plot with some of these upgrades

Forget about the 2x2 tb nvme upgrade on my KS-LE-B. I consider anything below Epyc/Ryzen upgrade a dud.
With OVH flash sales going forward I think I'll do two things:
1) buy 1 server as soon as the servers show up in the catalog
2) wait and try to buy the last server that will actually be provisioned. Too early and the upgrade is not the best, too late and the order is cancelled.
If 2) succeeds, transfer or cancel 1)
KS-A is looking bad value at this point
