nope!
Could you hibernate them?
Some people getting fucked and you can watch it live without sending coins
Did you check how many similar automated non-human triggered moves done by the virtualiser?
Yes, thought this too, but disregarded it because a small business owner who felt that his brand is taking a hit and that the accusation is a lie would be angry too
No. I just want a better LET. Not full of shit providers and thieves.
this!
We are already carrying out checks to ensure that there are no other users who have been affected by this movement, and we are figuring out what triggered it.
Could it have been triggered by a pair of human hands?
This is only possible if the user specifically requests a node change by opening a ticket, in general we never move VMs from one node to another it is against our internal policy.
No because @Dasabo is the smartest and honest provider from LET. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Your first response was not professional. The market is highly competitive and, as a potential customer, I don't really care which provider I buy from. For many, this kind of behavior can be the deciding factor in their purchasing decision. Many people here search for the company name and read through individual posts and if they see such a response, whether justified or not, many will decide in favor of another provider. Image and reputation can give you wings or bring you down. IMO you should compensate OP as a a sign of good will and as an apology
If we wanted to do something like that secretly we would have erased all traces... be a little honest with yourselves.
I need you to use a new Discussion to apologize to me and ensure that similar things will never happen. This incident has a great impact on me. I defended my own interests but you said it was slander.
I understand this, we try to have quality customers and not quantity.
But put yourself in our shoes too, being publicly attacked for something that we as humans don't do by internal company choice is not nice and I have to defend our name.
After a long and thorough check I actually detected the problem the customer was complaining about and publicly apologised.
If I had wanted to pull a scam I would have erased all traces and continued with my line of thinking, this was not the case, having detected the error I publicly apologised.
Apparently... I just realized that I was moved away from 7950 too xD.
Edit : Its all good.
You could have said "im fucking sorry and ill try to learn from my mistakes please take this XXXXXX as an apology."
Instead you are doing it the BP way

fuck you
DAILY DOSE OF LET DRAMA UPDATE
OP - Was right all long, proving the doubters wrong!
Dasabo - Finding the ghost that moved the OP's VM!
LET viewers - Please use the garbage can near the exit to throw away your empty popcorn tubs.
Why didn't you say: "cant tell you atm, ill look into this and will come back asap", everyone, I guess also the OP, would understand.
Im a social worker and a politician myself, I absolutely know how it is to get attacked the whole time but if you wont lose your image and reputation you cant answer it the same way. You have more to lose than a customer
Because when I first checked, there was no trace of this displacement.
really?
lmao, directed at whoM?
I love a good underdog story
@Dasabo What exactly triggered the virtualizer to downgrade the VM to a worse CPU? Did it do this to anyone else?
does this type of invoice comply with eu rules? @Mik3y326
In all seriousness, @Dasabo, you could have handled this much better instead of gaslighting the OP from the start.
I think you are not just smart enought. See what "evidence" did you give to your customer. A "evidence" where you are right because you are always right.
...
Mine also changed from 7950x3d to Ryzen 9 3900, GB5 is lower
That is precisely the difference. This behavior is the turning point between a successful company and just another fish in a very large pond.
My father passed on the following wisdom to me 20 years ago (German): Wer mit den großen Hunden pissen möchte, muss auch das Bein hoch bekommen. Which (roughly translated) means: If you want to piss with the big dogs, you have to get your leg up.
Props at this point for @Dsabo, not everyone has the balls to publicly apologize, let alone admit a mistake. I know building your own business is like fathering a child. Thus being protective is only natural. I don't really want to lecture you, but in my many years of IT work-expirience I have come across the wildest sht you can imagine. The two most important things (for me, as I tend to be emotional as well) are: Never answer to anything in an emotional state of mind and the truth lies in the middle (weird German proverb).
Cheers mate
oha! you are a social worker?!
Yes.
I just wanted to express that sometimes it's better not to answer at the same level as your counterpart
dein vater / your father is a wise guy!
