As per these logs it indicates the vps has only booted once. Each boot should have an entry in the log.
What you are saying is possible only if the provider deletes the old vps and creates a new one on a different node. In that case you wouldn't find any old files on the new vps.
If you did YABS all your geekbench result links are in your home folder.
+1 for OP getting banned
Im not saying Dasabo didnt switch his cpu, but there is 0 proof he did
Why are you replying to the same post three times? There is edit button but better think before you send anything, so stop spamming.
Well, if this is a proper and trustworthy company you should have an invoice and an order confirmation. One of those needs to contain the following information: When did you order, what exactly did you order, how mouch did you pay? and how long the contract is. Check your mail, if you have hard proof, just post it here.
Its astonishing how many bad sheep there are in this industry. I dont want to throw shit, but from my experience those cheap low-trier providers try to scam each and every € they can get. Some sell false traffic limitations, some sell powerfull machines which are then migrated to low power nodes / cheaper nodes. Some just suspend your account based on false accusations and no proof.
@Hosting Provider: Youre passive-aggressive and emotional. Since those are simple virtual machines accessing them is as easy as making a coffee. You do not appear trustworthy and above all professional. Mind your attitude towards your paying customers! No one creates an accusation of this kind just for shit and giggles.
I can add, stop screaming/crying for help from forum admins.
and this is why we can't have cheap deals...
I have been in some simular situations as the thread creator. Sometimes going public is the only thing left. Or the only "power" you are left with. Ofc, a forum admin wont change anything, but at least some ppl. got informed
I gave in. My knowledge in the VPS field was not enough for me to find evidence that he replaced my CPU, but I could use everything I had to ensure that my CPU was replaced. This thing tells me to buy any VPS in the future. All need to retain evidence. This merchant is not trustworthy. His VPS is very cheap, but he will secretly change the CPU and refuse to admit it. Just because I have no evidence. I have never been in the habit of retaining evidence, but this merchant taught me. I also hope that everyone can keep evidence in time. I have no motive to make accusations. If I had purchased the 3900 CPU from the beginning, I would not have posted this post to question him.I hope everyone will keep evidence in future transactions for future use.
I may be sorry that a similar experience happened to you with another provider and I agree with you that it is incorrect.
This is not the case however, otherwise there would be hundreds of people here on the forum accusing us of the same thing.
Our offer is clear, there are 3 CPU models that are used and the VMs are created automatically on the freest node at that moment, I did an in-depth search of the virtualizer logs and the VM of those who accuse us is never been moved/changed/replaced with a different one from the one initially given.
Do you really think that for 10 euros a year we would do something like this to ruin our reputation?
Think about this...
This is the evidence that the merchant sent me to prove that he did not replace the CPU of my VPS. I would like to ask what can be seen from this?

. No need to search the logs, it could be as easy as checking your invoice system. Have you considered the posibility that the virtual machine has been created on a different node by accident? After all, we are just humans. It could be, that the OP has bought a x3D machine and got allocated to the wrong node.
Have you ever visited original sales thread? It could be random of 3 cpus assigned to any vm bought under the offer..
Absolutely, it was a consideration made precisely for this reason I did an in-depth research, if it had been our mistake we would have repaired it immediately.
The order placed by the customer is that of the VPS WOOD, a promotional plan which involves the use of 3 different CPUs which are automatically assigned based on the freest node during the purchase, the customer was informed of this as he himself participated to promotion.
I'm sorry if I sound rude but I must protect our reputation from false accusations at all costs.
That technically means from 3rd Nov till now your VM was not restarted... So when do you think he swapped cpu?
"VPS WOOD
1x vCPU Core (AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D or EPYC 9454P or Ryzen 9 3900)"
Mine is this one below
I gave up defending my rights just because I had no evidence. I didn’t give up because I was lying. What I said was witnessed by God. I will keep the evidence in my future life. Thank you all,
One of them is clearly lying
Who do you guys think?
Let's start the Drama session

the lottery game is, you order such a vps and in the best case you end up on a 7950X3D or on lame boxes and then stay on the same...
lotterispelet är, du beställer en sådan vps och i bästa fall hamnar du på en 7950X3D eller på lama lådor och stannar sedan på samma ...
I think I found new evidence!
Please tell me what deleting VPS in the picture means
I was just about to say:
To be clear with you, I honestly think that it's more likely that @sujr is lying since:
1. You have much more to lose
2. Unless you just needed a bit more capacity on the server, you'd have likely switched more servers, but so far, I haven't seen anyone else complain about this
Given the above evidence, maybe I'm wrong!
Let's wait for @Dasabo
Thank you both for contributing to my daily drama needs, sincerely
Sure give me a moment to read the uncensored log and get back to you
Check other logs in /var/log then... if you have neither journald persistent logging or normal syslog then you're SOL
looks not good for you @Dasabo
That evidence looks like a game changer... But again I may be wrong....
please look at the new picture
