    @MassiveGRID I signed up 12 hours ago with my Order Number 1427677773, I initiated OS deploy, requested extending my due date with ticket and went to bed.
    This morning I was unable to login, after resetting my pass I saw that my account was empty - no service, no invoice and no ticket. Can you check what the issue is?
    I opened new ticket #988827
