The 1 additional free year offer has ended for the moment, everything else remains unchanged, you can get your VPS for the price of €9.99/year.

@DP please correct the title of the topic by removing "Get 1 Year FREE!" and in the content remove "Special Bonus: Reply with your invoice number to get an additional year free!"

I said the promotion was over before you bought, just read it, I also asked the administrator @DP to rectify the post so as not to create these misunderstandings and I am waiting for him to do so.
The post also states that the promotion is subject to availability... don't just take the best part and the part that interests you... that's not correct.

Your promotion does not specify any end time with threads, nor has it been modified. So no one knows when the activity ends. So how should you solve it now? Just based on the end of the activity, put the blame on the customer?

As you saw, I commented that it was over and this is public data so you could read it.
It wasn't up to me how long the administrator took to rectify the post, their work is free and they are here to help the community and we should thank them for what they do without forcing them.

I have small suggestion, you may enable double promotions using coupon codes for future campaigns. This way you may end campaigns without conflict and any confusion.

Once user comments on LET, you may extend the validity for his services.

Thank you for your feedback I appreciate it, we will evaluate it for future offers, for this one as I wrote within the time frame it is over in the sense you can continue to buy but you cannot claim double the annuity if the offer has expired.
Waiting for the admin to correct the topic.

Yes.Maybe you have informed the administrator, but as a business behavior, you should take the initiative to take responsibility. If the administrator has not modified it, it is still valid. You should have known it when you launched this activity. Instead of making excuses for not fulfilling your promise like now. So, at this moment your theme has not been modified, please fulfill your promise, thank you.

  • I hope they can keep their promise.Because at this moment the topic content has not been changed to the final state. The responsibility cannot be put on the forum administrator.

  • How is this being put on @Dasabo ?
I was going to place and order, but I saw the comment a page or so ago saying the promotion was over so I didn't order. You all could have done the same... It's on you.

  • Let's take the following example: I enter for the first time on this topic and I see the offer, I grab it! Nobody has time to read all 29 page (at this moment) to see if the offer has ended.

When the offer was posted, it should have included the end date or a discount code (as someone already stated) and you, as a provider, can end it whenever you want.

I had time to flick to the last page and see it had ended, you're arguing a pointless topic now, so it appears you also have time available to do the same.😅

Can't blame anyone else if you fail to read. OP already indicates it's limited :D

  • As a business activity, the start and end time should be fully stated in the subject section. If not in a prominent position, ensure that everyone can see it, otherwise you should continue to fulfill your promise. If not, this is deception.

  • @PsyHost said: I had time to flick to the last page and see it had ended, you're arguing a pointless topic now, so it appears you also have time available to do the same.😅

It seems that you already missed that I'm not the one that I complain about this issue. I'm not affected at all, is just my point of view.

So, this is the best example on how you can misread a topic

How is this deception? In the OP it says 'secure this lifetime deal while it lasts' and 'this lifetime offer is limited by availability'. Those clearly indicate that the promotion is limited and won't be around for long.

As a business activity, the owner should be careful in operation, not asking users to read all the comments one by one, and then saying, "Look, I've notified you." Who will read all the comments? The owner did not indicate that the end time will be notified in the comments. So he should take responsibility.

I didn't misread anything. You said you don't have time to read through the posts, I was simply pointing out that you seem to have the time to do so, as you have time to argue a point.
