Please always include an explanation or a tldr when you want me to act on something. I can not monitor or read every thread, I'm not a thread scrapper app

Well, whatever the case is. You can't blame the whole country or the people from Pak, not everyone is same here. Just like others, mostly do scam/spam while there are honest people in this country as well. Just because of such issues or such people (not taking any side) you can't just judge or blame any country like that, it usually happens everywhere in the world by any provider.

You dont get the point. I'm the most liberal out there, I dont care if our customer is from Pakistan or somewhere else, everything else is racist. In fact, they are hiding between a post-box company called OBHost LLC, which is their US proxy for Pakistan. The whole guy is a joke, he has very little experience in system administration and thinks he's the king of business.

TL;DR: Not better than most summer hosts.

Yep, I totally agree that mostly Pak companies use US LLC (not sure about OBHost). Just wanted to mention that everyone is not same in this country. Mostly people do it just because US LLC is a better option for them as compared to using the registration of their own country. I'm also based in Pak btw.

Actually lg-de is not Germany, it‘s NL - be careful with obhost, we actually suspended and finally terminated their services after not paying for months :)

Nice try with the one-sided story. If you’re going to talk about billing issues, let’s be honest about why they happened and why we stopped using your service after 4-5 years. Don’t conveniently leave out the details—transparency isn’t a one-way street.

Those billing issues were 10€ per month billed on a announcement and we actually told you, that those will be refunded. In the end, you told us multiple times to pay your invoices, in fact 2k has been paid - the rest were just empty promises as usual, leaving a debt of multiple thousand, while we provided the service and covered the costs for that.

Actually I have rather the impression there's an issue about solvency. When you got the suspension notice one week before, you moved your customers to 'DE' - which is in fact NL. Betraying customers and providers seems to be the OBHost success story from Pakistan.

Nice try also on setting up spam domains for reverse-dns on some IPs, it might have been a good idea to block smtp ports on your ranges. Fortunately we are not dependant on such small-scale-scam-spam-business clientele :)

Let’s set the record straight here.

If we were “spammers,” why did you host us for four years? Let’s also clarify—are you sure it was just about 10 euros? Anyone using your system would know that you changed your billing system, leading to daily invoice spam. We opened several tickets to address this, and your team admitted they were “too busy” to fix these billing issues. So let’s stop pretending this was a simple case of non-payment.

We didn’t just promise payment—we paid 2,000 euros, yet your company continued to pile on vague charges that weren’t agreed upon, all while we maintained our services in good faith.

When it became clear your team wasn’t prioritizing basic billing support, we decided it was best to move on rather than wait indefinitely. And one more thing—stop blaming Pakistan. Our operations extend beyond Karachi, with teams in Los Angeles and Riyadh as well. So enough with the baseless stereotypes.

You forgot to pay a 10 euro bill, that's all cause @jh_aurologic wrote that the unpaid amount was some thousand euros
