Limited Japan IIJ Transit Available – Even for Personal ASN Holders

My partner signed a major 100G client with IIJ at Equinix TY8, and they have a small amount of extra capacity available. They’re offering Japan IIJ IP transit at $0.68 USD/mbps, with options for VDS delivery, cross-connect, or bare metal. This supports personal ASN purchases, with a minimum of 100 Mbps. Excellent Asia routes are provided, though downstream support is limited due to the requirement for manual whitelisting by IIJ. anyone need that ?:)

$0.68 rate is the same as for the 100G major client, so no bargaining is accepted. Supports announcing both IPv4 and IPv6, with a manual whitelisting fee of $50 USD for submission to IIJ. The exact pricing for VDS needs to be discussed in detail. Please DM or contact on TG @aguhegao

As far as I know, it's quite rare for IIJ transit providers to offer small-scale options like 100 Mbps, and our pricing is highly competitive. If you're interested, please reach out soon.

100mbit/s is useless for provider and 68 USD/m out of budget for most of the hobbyist.
Personally I think 15~35 USD/m around is acceptable for this 100mbit

Can we have 690 Kbps transit delivered in a 512MB LXC container?
Budget is ¥269 JPY per month.

This reminds me of how things ended with Virmach.

It's slowly fading away. Meanwhile, they're gearing up for Black Friday, only to go silent again afterward.
