My VPS became unreachable, so I contacted support through a ticket. Here was their response:

We are reaching out to inform you of an ongoing issue affecting one of our VPS nodes in our Indian cloud infrastructure due to a hardware failure. Our team is actively working with our Data Center partners to resolve this as quickly as possible, though it is taking longer than anticipated.
If your VPS is hosted on the affected node, we kindly ask for your patience as we work toward a solution. We will provide further updates as soon as they become available.
Note: This same node had given issue other day, we are not sure why issue occurred again, we will update you once we get more information.

Update:
We are providing an important update regarding the VPS node currently experiencing downtime. After thorough investigation, we have confirmed a hardware failure on the server, and unfortunately, we do not have immediate replacement hardware available on-site. Acquiring the necessary replacement hardware will take additional time, and therefore, resolving this issue may be prolonged.
Given the circumstances, we are offering a full refund for your order as well as our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. Once the replacement hardware is secured, we will initiate the data recovery process. If you have critical data stored on this VPS, we will update you on its recovery status as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
2nd Update for Affected Users:
We were able to bring the affected node online, allowing you access to your data. However, please note that the hardware remains unreliable, so we strongly encourage you to back up any critical data at your earliest convenience.
The refund option is still available; if you would like a refund for your affected VPS, please let us know, and we will process it promptly. Meanwhile, you now have the opportunity to back up your data as well.
Replacement hardware has already been ordered, and we expect it to arrive within the next few days. Once the new hardware is in place, we will transfer the VPS on this node to the new, stable environment.
