If you don’t pass PayPal validation it will show, sometimes people are using different Zipcode, etc. even if you have an account for years they still checks orders. 😊

Zip code is the U.S. term for post code i.e. the one associated with your physical/billing address.
I feel like it was cancelled because they can't fulfill these orders. If there is an issue with your account, they wouldn't have even let you order any server before or notified you like Hetzner does if your account is suspended.

yes or maybe use a vps/proxy with an IP that is clean and not easily detected as vpn/proxy

IIRC billing address in your account should match the one in paypal & they probably do check if you are ordering from the same zipcode / pincode via IP
You just got your response for your declines. Don't use VPN or Proxy even if you are moving out from your countries. Most of people who does run a business will understand that you live now in another country than using a shady proxies to make payments. Or, you can use Cloudflare WARP, your IP are still exposed if they use CF-Headers but at least you have an encrypted connection if this is all you want.

Nope, my RENEW orders (invoices generated when I wish to renew, somehow they count as orders) are rejected sometimes when I pay with card. They refuse the payment. I have to use Paypal which is linked to the same card. A few years back it was the other way, they were accepting company's card, not Paypal.
Trying to guess how their validation works is more hit-and-miss than the proverbial crystal ball.
