Dedicated server(s) / colocation in Singapore

Hello all,
I'm looking for a reliable provider, well established in Singapore for dedicated servers (starting with 1 right now).
Needs at least 1TB NVME,
Bandwidth either one of the following two:
1gbps unmetered
100TB outgoing / unlimited incoming @10gpbs.
Preference would be for 1gbps unmetered.
128GB ram
CPU similar or better than: E5-2680V4 / e5-2698v3
Need to support ip announcement with vlan.
Open to colocation if it makes sense financially, but from what I have seen so far it doesn't.
