But you get 32TB bandwidth (I don't know if they will ban you, if you actually use 32TB though) and more disk space if, SSD is chosen.
But cheap for idling, some dev stuffs and unimportant stuffs.
They are a shit provider but Germany is a pretty standard location, what's your point

For US usually no but that's like 90¢@contabo which is not "that amount or more"
Try $1.15 on the cheapest VPS from them to have it in the US. And if you need more then it's $3 just for the location.
It does add up. And I can see that they have a special for central today.
But I still stand by the point that plenty of providers don't charge a location fee. Contabo is ridiculous for doing so (and I am an ex customers of theirs).
