Hi @kurogaki -- Great question, though difficult to provide a concrete answer for, as latency varies greatly depending on routing, ISP paths, and physical distance. This is the reason why we provide many different datacenter locations to choose from. The general rule of thumb is, the lower latency to you (or to the majority of your audience), the better.
You can use our looking glass to determine/test latency as well, just go to any of our looking glass pages for example, https://lg-lax02.racknerd.com/ and from there you can toggle between the different locations.
