Until I'm waiting for a KS-LE-B that I missed out yesterday, I started to create a tutorial, how to order an ECO product with OVHcloud API.
I started it yesterday when the servers was only available on the API and I finished it now. Servers are available on the site but I think that in the future OVH will publish new configs on the API and later on the website.

I contacted Polish customer service, and they said they didn’t expect such a high volume of orders, so the system accepted more orders than there are available servers. Within two days, they’ll know exactly how many servers are available. Unfortunately, some orders will have to be canceled.
I love how pretty much every single support agent has a different answer.
What answer did you get?
same here, waiting for 2 hours
I tried two times:
Once yesterday via phone because my orders were on hold cause of verification and they told me the servers are guaranteed to be delivered once they are paid.
Another time today an I just got the default "all orders are going to be delivered within 15 days according to our TOS" and later got an answer they probably won't be delivered at all via the ticket from yesterday (ticket was created yesterday after the phone call and was closed after my chat session today).
from we deliver everything, to we wait for parts, to we fckd up. never change ovh, never change. don't know why i even try to get anything in these sells. it's always the same, people find the page or order via api early, people hammering the page, they oversell because they can't configure a correct order system like anyone else who is selling limited wares.

LE-B with NVMe is available in GRA, but low stock.

Why do they even add stock to the page if there are still people waiting for their servers? I am wondering if there are any consumer protection laws to even sue them for obvious false advertising and get compensation. Probably not worth the time and effort but would be funny to get a like 0,30€ compensation
I got support respone regarding my ks-a order
"Please be advised that the estimated delivery date for the server is November 11, 2024. If the server is not delivered within 15 days from the order date, you will have the option to cancel it."
If they are refunding you the original amount how are they doing anything bad?
It's a different piece if they took orders and not fulfill them and pocket the money.
In a real world this will never stand in court unless malicious intent was the case.

Interesting that it was available for a few minutes. I ordered at the beginnning of available time when status was 1H-high. However I'm still waiting.
