    not always on the 2nd attempt. it's undeterministic from my point of view. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. And this was only my experience regarding ssh. Don't know if this happens also with other services.

    There is a defect in the product I ordered. It would be like buying a car and it only starts every other time.

    Don't get me wrong, I just expect the product to work properly and it doesn't.

    So please fix it within the next 2-3 days or refund the amount. I don't seem to be the only one having the problem, so this is on you.

    This should not happen, we are receiving a constant attack at the moment.
    We have made some changes to our filtering rules for mitigation.

    In my monitoring tool I saw that the DDoS filter was disabled at 5:18pm and was shortly enabled between 7:07pm and 8:02pm.

    At the moment of writing I have no problems accessing ssh or monitoring the server. Thanks for the fast support and help. If it stays like this I'm very happy :+1:
