    The problem was only related to ICMP, which was not reachable while everything else was.
    It has been resolved as you have already been told.
    No refund is not possible even by invoking the 14-day cancellation period valid on products and not on services where you have preliminarily accepted our ToS.

Did not test any further with HTTP-webservers or other services. Your technican says that this is "as deisgned" due to DDoS protection. Can't believe this. But this makes the product unusable for me. Please refund.

    Inusable because on the first attempt to connect in SSH you are asked to do it again and on the second attempt it always comes in?

    Actually I also have this problem.When I use VPN to proxy the SSH connection,it always failed.While when i turn off my vpn it can connect successfully.I have submitted ticket and the technician said it's their firewall rules due to ddos attack.

    not always on the 2nd attempt. it's undeterministic from my point of view. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. And this was only my experience regarding ssh. Don't know if this happens also with other services.

    This was the exact answer the support gave me. This is not satisfactory from a user perspective. On all other VPSes with DDoS rules) i'm using I never had this problem - so this must be on your site @Dasabo
