How long it will down usually?
"usually" they update their status page in like 2 minutes after the incident starts, not to alarm anyone but something is very wrong
Reason I think they may be shutting down is that everything's been out of stock for a while, their sales hasn't replied to me in over a month either

I mean.. I find it more likely that they're busy fixing the issue since it seems to affect a high % of their clients and that we'll get a proper update once it's up or once there's a clear path and ETA to bring everything up.
